Kim-Ann is a business owner, marketing strategist, event host and emcee, public speaker and podcaster, she was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and grew up in England.

She has been recognized as 1 of 50 ‘Top to Top Future Woman Leader of Tomorrow’ awarded by HSBC in 2011, she has received a commendation from the Department of Foreign Affairs International Trade (DFAIT) of Canada for developing a partnership program between Caribbean Universities and the Government of Canada. She has been featured on CBC Radio, Diversity Magazine, The Business Link, and CTV Global for the work she does within the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community.

Kim-Ann is passionate about 'teaching to fish' and empowering women and business owners to take control of their own success. She has delivered over 200 talks for various audiences and facilitated over 50 workshops and training for different organizations.

Kim-Ann delivers every talk with enthusiasm and action-provoking insights. Her energy fills the room with possibility and confidence.
